General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop www.moblumen.com as well as to purchases made directly in our store at Wallensteinstraße 27, 1200 Vienna.
By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Prices and delivery charges
All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.
Delivery fees:
- Delivery in Vienna: €15
- Delivery in the 20th district: €10
- In-store pickup: free
Flower prices may vary slightly depending on the season and availability.
4. Payment methods
We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Klarna
- EPS
- Cash on pickup
For online orders, payment is processed immediately. We do not store your card details.
5. Ordering process
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes containing:
- Your order number
- The ordered products
- Total price including delivery
- Delivery date and address
Didn't receive a confirmation? Please get in touch – sometimes the email ends up in the spam folder.
6th delivery
Delivery area: All 23 districts in Vienna.
Same-day delivery: If you order by 12:00 pm, we will deliver on the same day.
Delivery times:
- Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sundays & Public Holidays: no delivery
If no one is home: If possible, our delivery person may leave the flowers with a neighbor, at reception, or with another suitable person. We will also try to contact the recipient by phone.
7. Delivery address
Please ensure your address is complete and correct. Tips:
- Hospital: Specify ward and room number
- Hotel: Specify room number and guest name
- Company: Specify department and contact person
We cannot accept liability for delays caused by incorrect address information.
8. Flowers and products
Flowers are natural products – the composition of a bouquet may differ slightly from the photo if certain flowers are not currently available.
Our florists always ensure that the design and color scheme match the original. Every bouquet is freshly hand-tied.
9. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee:
- Fresh flowers of impeccable quality
- Careful processing by experienced florists
- On-time delivery
If something is not right, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery – we will find a solution.
10. Cancellation and Change
You can cancel or change your order free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date.
After that, changes are only possible after consultation – depending on whether we have already tied the flowers.
Cancellations can be made via email to info@moblumen.com or via WhatsApp.
11. Special Occasions
On days like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or Christmas, there may be special circumstances due to the high order volume:
- Earlier order deadlines for same-day delivery
- Delivery the day before for companies
- Limited product availability
12. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays due to force majeure or unforeseen events
- Problems caused by incorrect address information
- Refusal of acceptance by the recipient

Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. You can find full details in our privacy policy .
14. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
