⚠️ Important: Flowers are perishable goods.
Since flowers are natural products and highly perishable, a standard return policy like those for many other products is unfortunately not possible. However, if something is wrong, we stand behind our quality and will find a solution.
📦 Problems with delivery?
If your flowers arrive damaged or do not match the order:
- Contact us on the same day or at the latest within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send us a photo of the flowers
- We are reviewing the case and will get back to you with a fair solution.
Possible solutions:
- Replacement delivery
- Partial refund
- Full refund (for justified complaints)
🔄 Cancellation before delivery
Up to 24 hours before the delivery date:
- Free cancellation possible
- Full refund to your original payment method
Less than 24 hours before delivery:
- Cancellation only possible after consultation.
- Depending on whether the flowers have already been prepared
- Partial refund or voucher possible
💳 Refund process
If a refund is approved:
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 3-5 business days (depending on the bank)
- You will receive a confirmation via email.
❌ When a refund is not possible
- Complaint made more than 24 hours after delivery
- Incorrect address information provided by the customer
- The recipient could not be reached and refused to accept the flowers.
- Normal changes to the flowers after a few days (natural wilting)
