Quick answers regarding ordering, delivery and service – so that everything runs smoothly.

🛒 Order

How can I order?

The easiest way to order is directly from our online shop. If you have any questions or would like something customized, you can also reach us via WhatsApp or phone – and of course in person at our store.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Several payment methods are available at checkout – including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, EPS and cash payment upon collection.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes – a greeting card is included free of charge. You can enter your message when ordering or send it to us via WhatsApp.

🚚 Delivery

Where does MO BLUMEN deliver to?

We deliver to all 23 districts of Vienna. For deliveries outside of Vienna, please send us a short message – sometimes a solution can be found.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery in Vienna costs €15, in the 20th district only €10. Collection in store is of course free.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. If you order by 12:00 PM, we'll deliver the same day. Express delivery within 2-3 hours is often possible – it's best to ask.

When will my order be delivered?

Our delivery times:

  • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sundays & Public Holidays: no delivery

We cannot guarantee an exact time – however, we will take preferred times such as “in the morning” or “after 2 pm” into account whenever possible.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

If no one answers the door, our delivery person may leave the flowers – if possible – with a neighbor, at reception, or with another suitable person. We will also try to contact the recipient by phone.

Can I specify special delivery instructions?

Yes. Use the "Delivery Instructions" field when placing your order (e.g., "Ring at Müller's", "Please leave at reception" or "2nd floor, door on the left").

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the delivery date. After that, it depends on whether the flowers have already been prepared.

Can I change my order?

Changes (address, delivery date, product) are usually possible without any problems up to 24 hours in advance. The quickest way to reach us is via WhatsApp or email.

How do I get a refund?

If you cancel in time, we will refund the amount to the original payment method. Depending on the bank, this usually takes 3–5 business days.

💐 Products & Quality

Do the flowers look the same as in the photo?

We base our selection on the design and colors of the photo. Since flowers are natural products, the exact composition may vary depending on the season – we then replace them with something of equal value that matches both visually and in terms of quality.

How long will the flowers last?

With proper care, our bouquets usually last 7–10 days. A few simple tips will help: fresh water, cut stems at an angle, keep them cool, and avoid direct sunlight.

What do I do if the flowers arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 72 hours with a photo. We will find a fair solution – for example, a replacement or a refund.

Can I order a custom bouquet?

Yes, gladly. Write to us via WhatsApp or come by the shop – we'll create your dream bouquet based on your wishes regarding colors, flower types and budget.

🎉 Special Occasions

Do you offer wedding floristry?

Yes. From bridal bouquets and table decorations to complete floral concepts – we are happy to advise you personally. The easiest way to arrange an appointment is via WhatsApp or telephone.

Do you deliver on Valentine's Day and Mother's Day?

Yes. Please order early on these days, as demand is very high. Order deadlines for same-day delivery may be earlier.

Do you offer funeral floristry?

Yes. We create dignified funeral wreaths, floral arrangements, and casket sprays. We also accept short-notice requests – simply contact us.

When does the store open?

  • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
