At MO BLUMEN in Vienna, we create hand-tied bridal bouquets. No floral foam, no wire frames, no plastic holders. The stems are tied together by hand, wrapped with a natural binding, and finished so they move naturally and keep their structure throughout the day.

Styles we work with

There is no single right style for a bridal bouquet. What works depends on the dress, the venue, the season, and you personally. These are the styles we are asked for most often:

• Garden style: Loose, slightly wild, as if freshly cut from the garden. Usually includes open blooms, foliage, and trailing elements. Works beautifully with ranunculus, peonies, and sweet peas.
• Structured round: A fuller, rounder bouquet with a deliberately defined shape. A classic choice for formal ceremonies. Often created with garden roses, spray roses, and neat foliage.
• Cascade: Longer, with flowers and foliage that fall downward. More dramatic and formal. Often chosen for longer dresses and large venues in Vienna.
• Minimal: A smaller, cleaner bouquet—one or two flower varieties, with short foliage. Very popular for civil ceremonies and outdoor weddings.

Choose flower by season

Vienna has distinct seasons, and using flowers that are truly in season always creates a better result than forcing out-of-season imports. For spring brides, ranunculus and anemones are a standout choice. Summer weddings are perfect for peonies, garden roses, and early dahlias. Autumn brings the richness of dahlias, zinnias, and textured grasses. Winter weddings work beautifully with amaryllis, white roses, and eucalyptus – clean, calm, and quietly striking.

The Process

We start with a conversation – about your date, your dress, your colors, and the feeling you want the bouquet to convey. You do not need a mood board, but you are welcome to bring one. We can work from a description, a photo, or even a single word when you are ready.

Once we have a clear picture, we confirm availability, put together a quote, and refine it until it feels exactly right. For a bridal bouquet, we recommend getting in touch at least three to four weeks before the wedding to make sure the flowers you want are available. We are based in Vienna and deliver throughout the city.
