The Azalea (Rhododendron simsii) in the mix variant brings several colours together in a single plant. In the photo you see dense clusters of blooms in pink, white, yellow, soft lilac and red — all on one compactly grown plant whose small dark green leaves are almost entirely hidden by the flowers.
The Azalea blooms for weeks, especially in the cooler season from autumn into spring. It likes light, but not heat — it avoids direct midday sun and does not enjoy overheated rooms. A cool, bright spot is ideal.
Regularity matters with watering. The soil should stay evenly moist without the plant standing in water. We prefer to water with room-temperature water, ideally with a brief soak — that way the roots take in exactly what they need.
The Azalea is delivered in a simple light grey decorative pot, as shown in the picture. The decorative pot may differ slightly from the photo.
