A friendly little cactus with a characterful form. In the photo you see an Opuntia cactus (Opuntia, also known as bunny ears cactus) with several flat, oval pads growing one above the other like little green ears. The surface is set with fine, light dots — the typical small glochid clusters of the Opuntia.
The decorative pot is a playful pink ceramic pot printed with a green columnar cactus pattern that fits the contents nicely. On the soil sits a small moss covering as a finishing touch.
Cacti are extremely modest. This plant wants a bright, sunny spot — ideally right by a window. With watering, you can be very sparing. In summer, every two weeks is usually enough; in winter much less often — sometimes monthly or less. The cactus does not like waterlogging at all.
A small note: the fine glochids loosen easily and can prick the skin. When repotting or handling, it is best to use gloves.
The plant is delivered in a ceramic decorative pot as shown in the photo. The decorative pot may differ slightly from the photo.
