Classic wintery berry branches. In the photo you see several Ilex branches (Ilex verticillata, also known as winterberry) with their typically bare twigs densely set with bright red berries. The branches naturally fork outwards so that the berries sit in loose groups — a very clear, graphic form.
We choose the Ilex branches fresh for you and wrap them with a small gift presentation from MO BLUMEN in Vienna.
Ilex branches are a winter classic. They suit a slim, slender vase on their own, or as an accent to fir greenery in an Advent arrangement. The season runs from November to January — afterwards the berries soften.
A small note: the berries are not for consumption and should be kept away from small children and pets — as with many decorative berries.
