A red carnation (Dianthus) with several large, full blooms on a branched stem. The petals are densely fringed and stand out like little feathers — typical of the classic cut carnation. The red is warm and deep, without slipping into bluish tones.
The leaves are narrow, blue-green and gathered slightly lower along the stem. Several buds still wait to open, so the flower develops over several days.
We choose the carnation fresh from our atelier and wrap it with a small gift presentation from MO BLUMEN in Vienna. On request, we include a complimentary greeting card you can have inscribed.
Carnations have gone slightly out of fashion in recent years — wrongly, in our view. They last very long in the vase, smell faintly spicy and make a beautiful gift when you want to give something honest and not overdone.
A good choice as a small token or a quiet sign without a grand occasion. single stems at MO BLUMEN
