A tropical arrangement in deep red tones: red anthuriums (Anthurium) with their glossy, heart-shaped spathes, red ginger blooms (most likely Etlingera or Alpinia) with cone-shaped buds, with red Hypericum berries and decorative loofah balls in red between them. The frame is formed by long Cordyline leaves with their typical red-and-green stripes.
The composition feels sensual and exotic. Anthuriums last unusually long in the vase — often three weeks or more — and keep their vivid colour all the while.
This mix is not for everyone. It suits people who appreciate the unusual and are not afraid of very specific colour decisions.
