A bound bridal bouquet style with white Phalaenopsis orchids — the large, slightly waxy petals open invitingly, with the typical white-and-yellow lip at the centre. Among them come round silver-green eucalyptus leaves, glossy dark green ruscus leaves and small green Hypericum berries.
The stem is wrapped with white satin ribbon, with a slim bow hanging at the end. The form is compact and circular, ideal for holding in the hand.
Phalaenopsis orchids last especially long in the vase — often two weeks or more — and keep their form even as they fade.
This composition is often chosen as a bridal bouquet, but it also suits other festive occasions — an engagement, an anniversary, or a birthday where something especially refined is fitting.
